IPPB Took the Contract Management of DOP IT Project 1.0 Segments such as Datacentre (DC), Network Integrator (NI), CBS & CIS in IT Projects 2.0 (2022)
Decesions made by the DOP (Department of Post) steering comittee of IT Modernization Project 1.0 to transfer the contract management to IPPB in IT Modernization Project 2.0 (Post Office IT Project 2022)
Accordingly, Following India Post IT Modernization Project 2012 Segments (Silos) management contract has been taken over by IPPB. IPPB Tracks in DOP IT Project 2022 are
Datacentre (DC) : The Data Center Facility contract with M/s Relaince was expired on 31st March 2022. IPPB extended new contract with New Vendor M/s IBM (International Business Machines Corporation) w.e.f 01st April 2022.
Network Integrator (NI) : The Network Integrator (NI) Facility contract was expired on 31st March 2022. IPPB extended existing contract with Vendor M/s Sify Network Technologies starting from the date 01st April 2022.
Banking & Insurance: The CBS (Core Banking Solution) & CIS (Core Insurance Solution) contract with M/s Infosys was expired on 29th August 2022. IPPB started new contract with New Vendor M/s Alstonia from the date 30th August 2022.
