All selected candidates of Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination, 2019 recommended for appointment to the posts of Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant in Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications
Subject: Extension of time period for submission of Postal Circle preference from selected candidates for appointment as Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant on the basis of Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination, 2019 conducted by SSC.
Attention is invited to Department of Posts Notice No.W-04/7/2022-SPN-I-DOP dated 20.06.2022 wherein candidates recommended by SSC on the basis of Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination, 2019 for appointment as Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant were advised to submit their preference / option for 23 postal circles.
2. Vide aforementioned letter dated 20.06.2022, candidates were requested to register themselves in the web portal developed by Department of Post (link: https://utilities.cep.goy.in/cirallo/candidateRegistration.aspx) and to indicate their preference for all Postal Circles by 10th July, 2022.
3. As the preference of the Postal Circle is yet to be received from many candidates recommended by SSC for the posts of PA/ SA, it has been decided by the Competent Authority to extend the deadline for submission of preference form of the Postal Circles till 17th July, 2022. The candidates who are yet to submit their order of preference are advised to submit their order of preference in the web portal developed by Department of Post and also send a hard copy by Speed Post / Register Post to the following address:
