Subject: - Regarding availability of well-trained staff on POSB counters in Post Offices.
Postal Directorate is receiving various representation/complaints from the customers that post offices are doing improper Finacle operation and are unaware of latest rules/facilities available for customers, i.e. eBanking, mBanking, NEFT, RTGS, ECS outward.
2. Circles are requested to ensure availability of well-trained staff on POSB counters in the post offices for providing better customer service and to avoid discomfort to the POSB customers.
