Subject: Enabling CELC Certification for the End Users – reg.
Sir, I am directed to refer to your letter No. IPPB/CSMO/2021-22/23 dated 2 nd August 2021 on the above mentioned subject and to state that as per UIDAI requirement for providing CELC services all operators need to be mandatorily certified and UIDAI had given relaxation of certification till 30th Sep 2021.
2. NSEIT conducts the CELC certification examination on behalf of UIDAI and all operators are required to appear for the certification exam at designated NSEIT centre. Circles have also raised issue of the TA/DA expenditure for those attending the CELC certification examination.
3. The matter has been examined and it has been decided that IPPB shall bear all certification related expenses and proceed with the training.
