IPPB CELC Contest 2022 | IPPB CELC (Child Enrolment Lite Client) Transactions Contest for GDS/Postman/PA/Postman in Post Office
Launch of CELC contest Introduction CELC is the marquee product for the bank, generating majority of revenues. So, we are planning to drive CELC across all EUs with full rigour in the remaining months of FY 2021- 22.
We have planned for a 2-Level approach for driving CELC business through 2 different contests running during 2- different back-to-back time-periods while focusing on different EU segments. Current Problem statements on CELC Mantra devices non-availability with EUs Only 22% EU participation YTD Stagnation on daily active EUs (10-11K) & daily CELC txns (1.2 to 1.5 lakhs) Contest Objectives One time Support to EUs to purchase Mantra devices One time support to EUs on TA Bills supposed to be incurred on CELC certification Increasing number of EUs working on CELC Increasing DRR on CELC Txns Increasing DRR on CELC Active EUs Revenue Achievement With an intent to curb all the infra-obstacles and assist EUs in getting activated for doing CELC business we are launching contests on CELC as are presented below
Level I CELC KE UBHARTE SITARE Target Segment Inactive EUs (Branch wise list will be provided) Inactive but L2 ready EUs Non-participating EUs due to non-availability of Mantra devices Duration 1 st February 2022 to 14 th Feb 2022 (15 days) Rewards Inactive EUs (Ubharte Sitare) Additional Incentive Reward of flat INR- 3000/- on crossing 100 Txns (7 Txn per day) during contest. (The onetime payment of 3K will cover for any new Biometric device purchased). The proof of Mantra Biometric purchase will have to be shown for release of 3K incentive Branches/ Divisions Branches/ Divisions adding >=50 New EUs on CELC (Those who qualify as CELC KE UBHARTE SITARE) will get Certificate of recognition from CSMO/ PMG respectively Branches/ Divisions adding >=100 New EUs on CELC (Those who qualify as CELC KE UBHARTE SITARE) will get Certificate of recognition from MD & CEO/ CPMG Circles Circles adding >=750 New EUs on CELC will get Certificate of recognition from CSMO/ Member Banking or Secretary Posts (For IPPB Circle AGM/ DoP CPMG respectively) Circles adding >=1500 New EUs on CELC will get Certificate of recognition from MD & CEO/ Member Banking or Secretary Posts (For IPPB Circle AGM/ DoP CPMG respectively) Circle wise Target for New EU activation from 1st Feb to 15th Feb 2022 (Annexure 1) Level II Mega contest: CELC KE SITARE Target Segment: All EU’s Duration: 16th Feb 2022 to 31st March 2022
