Sir/Madam, This is in continuation of this office letters of even number dated 15.09.2021 and 03.11 .2021 issued on the above mentioned subject.
2. In this context, it is to intimate that this office is receiving queries from Circles/National ATM Unit regarding procedure for collection of charges from customers and GL Head for crediting these charges. Some Circles are seeking clarification on collection of charges for cards replaced w.e.f. 01.10.2021 till date.
3. The matter has been examined at this end and it is intimated that on the same lines of SB order 03/2020 dated 10 Jan 2020, the ATM card charges may be credited to 1800423500 (Other items - Misc) by making suitable posting in F-02 or FB50 and issuing acknowledgement slip to the customer under CSI POS counter -> F5 Customer Service -> F12 ACK slip Print -> Action Type - other ...
