The eBook aims to create awareness among customers, postal employees, administrators and the public about the growing range of technology-enabled services offered by India Post.

Customers can track Speed Post, Parcels, eMO and other postal articles online using the India Post website, Self-Service Portal or Dak Sewa App. The eBook explains that customers can enter the 13-digit consignment number to obtain tracking information.
Similarly, postage can be calculated online by entering the origin and destination PIN codes, article type and weight. The facility is available through the India Post website, Self-Service Portal and Dak Sewa App.
Enhanced Post Office Internet Banking
The eBook highlights several Internet Banking facilities for Post Office Savings Bank customers. These include fund transfers, account-related services, transaction history, PPF and SSA/SCSS deposits, NEFT/RTGS and bill payments.
