The Department of Posts is set to introduce a nationwide Online Establishment Review Portal for conducting the Periodical Establishment Review of Post Offices. Online Portal to Replace Manual Review
According to the communication issued by the Postal Directorate, the Online Establishment Review Portal will be used for conducting the Periodical Review of Post Offices once it is operational.
Until the portal is rolled out, all Postal Circles have been instructed to keep the existing manual process for Periodical Review of Post Offices on hold.

All Heads of Circles have been requested to:
- Keep the existing manual establishment review process on hold until the portal is launched.
- Issue necessary instructions to all field units under their jurisdiction for strict compliance with the Directorate's directions.
- Await separate detailed instructions regarding the operationalization of the portal and the procedure for conducting online establishment reviews.
