BCP RMS and BCP PO Solutions Released for Use
The BCP RMS and BCP PO Solutions are being released for use from 20 August 2026 to 22 August 2026 as part of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) arrangements.
The concerned solutions can be downloaded from the designated Google Drive folder:

Note: The BCP RMS solution will be made available shortly.
Instructions to Regions
All Regions are requested to take the following immediate action:
- Inform all concerned Post Offices immediately about the availability of the BCP solutions.
- Ensure that one counter is made operational through BCP at each Post Office during the specified period.
The concerned officials are requested to take note of the above instructions and ensure necessary action at their respective Post Offices.
The information may also be brought to the notice of all concerned for necessary awareness and compliance.
