Rule-38 Transfer Results Released: Verification Window Open from 3rd to 5th June 2026

The much-awaited Rule-38 Transfer Trial Results have been released, providing employees an opportunity to review their tentative transfer allotments and verify the accuracy of the data before finalization.

As per the notification, employees can access and verify their trial results through their status page for a limited period of three days, from 03 June 2026 to 05 June 2026. This window has been provided to identify and report any discrepancies in accordance with existing rules and regulations.

Administrative authorities at the Division, Region, Circle, and Directorate levels have also been granted access to the trial results through their respective logins. They can view comprehensive details, including allotted employees against vacancies, preferences exercised, transfer category, mode of recruitment, priority ranking, cadre, and category information.

Any issues observed in the trial results must be examined and pursued through the concerned Divisional, Regional, or Circle authorities. Employees are advised not to raise support tickets directly with CEPT. Technical issues related to allotment, if any, should be escalated by the competent authority along with recommendations and findings before 05 June 2026.

CEPT will review and address all issues reported within the stipulated timeline. If no major discrepancies are found, the provisional transfer results will be published, allowing employees to exercise their Accept/Decline option from 09 June 2026 to 11 June 2026.

Following completion of the provisional allotment process, the final allotment PDF will be generated and shared with the respective Circles. Employees will be permitted to complete the relieving and joining formalities only after the final allotment orders are issued and made available.

All concerned officials and employees are requested to carefully verify the trial results within the prescribed period and ensure timely communication of any genuine issues through the appropriate administrative channels.
