India Post Rolls Out My Employee App for Employees and GDS Staff
In a major step towards digital transformation and employee empowerment, the Department of Posts has officially launched the My Employee Mobile App, developed by the Centre for Excellence in Postal Technology (CEPT). The app has been designed to enable Departmental Employees and Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) to manage various HR-related activities through a convenient self-service platform.

According to a communication issued by Shri Supriyo Ghosh, Deputy Director General (PMU/Tech), the application has been successfully deployed in production and is now available for download on Android devices through the Google Play Store. The iOS version is scheduled to be available from 8 June 2026.
The My Employee App aims to simplify employee-related processes while providing greater transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in personnel management. In addition to self-service facilities, the application, along with the MIS Portal, will help improve visibility and monitoring of GDS staff performance across the Department.
