DKY Portal Update: Automatic Trainee Registration Enabled via APT 2.0

Department of Posts Simplifies DKY Portal Signup with APT 2.0 Integration

The Department of Posts has introduced a major enhancement to the Dak Karmayogi Yojana (DKY) Portal by successfully integrating it with the APT 2.0 System. This integration streamlines the trainee registration process by eliminating manual data entry and enabling automatic synchronization of trainee information.

With the revamped signup process, Circle, Region, and Division offices are no longer required to manually create trainee accounts in the DKY Portal. Instead, all new trainees added in the APT 2.0 System who are scheduled for training will automatically become available for registration on the DKY Portal.

To complete the registration, trainees simply need to validate their Mobile Number and Email ID on the DKY Portal. Once verified, the remaining profile details are automatically fetched from the APT 2.0 database, ensuring that trainee information remains accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across both platforms.

After successfully completing the signup process, trainees can immediately access the DKY Portal and participate in their assigned training programmes without any additional administrative intervention.

Key Benefits of the New System

  • Eliminates manual trainee creation by Circle, Region, and Division offices.
  • Enables real-time synchronization of trainee data between APT 2.0 and the DKY Portal.
  • Reduces administrative workload and minimizes data inconsistencies.
  • Provides a faster, more secure, and user-friendly onboarding experience.
  • Ensures trainee profiles always reflect the latest information available in the APT 2.0 database.

The Department has requested all trainees who are due for training to complete their signup process at the earliest by validating their Mobile Number and Email ID. Timely registration will ensure uninterrupted access to the DKY Portal and upcoming training programmes.

This integration marks another significant step in the Department of Posts' digital transformation journey, enhancing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and delivering a seamless learning experience for postal employees.
