Postal Dream App Users Must Update to Version 1.0.30 to Resolve License Expiry Error

Many users of the Postal Dream mobile application are currently encountering the error message: "Application license has been expired. Please contact administrator." This issue is not due to a license problem at the user end but is occurring because older versions of the application are no longer supported.

To continue using the application without interruption, users are advised to update the Postal Dream App to the latest available version, Version 1.0.30. The updated version includes renewed licensing, performance improvements, bug fixes, and enhanced security features.

Users facing the error should download and install Version 1.0.30 from the official source or update the application through the designated distribution platform. After updating, the application should function normally without displaying the license expiry message.

All Postal Dream App users are encouraged to update at the earliest to ensure uninterrupted access to the application's services and features. For any difficulties during the update process, users may contact their system administrator or the application support team for assistance.

The latest version of the DREAM application, Version 1.0.30, is functioning normally and is available for all users. Monitoring teams have confirmed that the application is working as expected without any licensing or expiry-related issues.

However, Branch Offices (BOs) that are still using Version 1.0.28 (released on 28.12.2025) or any lower version may encounter the error message indicating that the application version has expired. As a result, users on older versions may be unable to access the application services until they update to the latest release.

All affected users are advised to update the DREAM application to Version 1.0.30 through the MDM App Store available on IPPB-provided devices. The update includes renewed application validity, improved stability, bug fixes, and enhanced performance.
