India Post Launches “My Employee” App for Employees and GDS on Google Play Store

In a major step towards digital empowerment and self-service enablement for employees, the Centre for Excellence in Postal Technology (CEPT) has officially released the “My Employee” App on the Google Play Store for Department of Posts employees and Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS).

The mobile application has been launched after successful review and testing, and is aimed at providing employees with a convenient digital platform for accessing various self-service functionalities anytime and anywhere.

The application is expected to simplify employee-related services and improve accessibility through a user-friendly mobile interface. The app will also be made available shortly on the Apple App Store for iOS users.

CEPT has requested all staff members to download the application from the Google Play Store and share their valuable feedback for further improvements and enhancements.

The launch of the “My Employee” App marks another important digital initiative by CEPT towards modernization and improved employee services within the Department of Posts.
