The Department of Posts has initiated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the e-Engagement Roll system for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) and invited nominations from selected circles.

👥 Nomination Guidelines
Each circle must nominate:
- 2 officials from each of 3 divisions
- (2 Postal Divisions + 1 RMS Division)
- Total: 6 officials per circle
📌 Required Roles
- One official from HO/DDO/HRO office (preferably Accountant)
- One official from Divisional Office (preferably OA handling GDS work)
📢 SPOC Requirement
- Each circle must nominate one Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Designation: ASP/AD level officer
- Details to be shared in prescribed Excel format
