1. Enter Basic Details
2. Select Customer Type
- Choose Walking Customer
- Then select Registered Bulk Customer
3. Select Article Type
- Choose Inland Speed Post Documents
4. Barcode Entry
- Enter the barcode number carefully without errors
5. Enter Customer ID (State-wise)
Select the appropriate Customer ID based on destination:
- Assam – 2000009149
- Kerala – 2000009137
- Tamil Nadu – 2000009176
- West Bengal – 2000009179
- Puducherry – 2000009195
6. Select Contract ID
- Choose the relevant Contract ID from the system
7. Enter Address Details
- Fill in complete Sender and Receiver addresses
