📌 Step-by-Step Booking Process

1. Enter Basic Details

  • Receiver PIN Code – Enter the correct destination PIN
  • Weight – Enter the article weight accurately

2. Select Customer Type

  • Choose Walking Customer
  • Then select Registered Bulk Customer

3. Select Article Type

  • Choose Inland Speed Post Documents

4. Barcode Entry

  • Enter the barcode number carefully without errors

5. Enter Customer ID (State-wise)

Select the appropriate Customer ID based on destination:

  • Assam – 2000009149
  • Kerala – 2000009137
  • Tamil Nadu – 2000009176
  • West Bengal – 2000009179
  • Puducherry – 2000009195

6. Select Contract ID

  • Choose the relevant Contract ID from the system

7. Enter Address Details

  • Fill in complete Sender and Receiver addresses

  • Proceed to payment
