The Department of Posts is pleased to announce the release of Dream App Version 1.0.28, which includes several important bug fixes, functional enhancements, and operational controls aimed at improving service reliability and user experience at booking and delivery counters.

Key New Features & Fixes

1. DSS Undelivered Article Return Issue Resolved
   The issue related to the return of undelivered articles through DSS has been successfully fixed, ensuring smooth and accurate return processing.

2. Speed Post Parcel Booking Issue Resolved
   The problem affecting Speed Post parcel bookings has been rectified, enabling seamless booking operations.

3. E-Biller ‘Swamy Ayyappan Prasadam’ Booking Issue Resolved
   The earlier issue faced during booking of Swamy Ayyappan Prasadam through the E-Biller module has been resolved.

4. Role-Based International Article Booking Implemented
   International article booking is now enabled based on user roles, ensuring better access control, compliance, and operational security.

5. India Post Parcel Booking Issue Resolved
   The booking-related issue impacting India Post Parcel services has been fixed for improved reliability.

6. IVR Number Added on Receipt
   The IVR contact number has been added to booking receipts, providing customers with easy access to article enquiry and support.

7. Control on Pending Articles / EMOs Beyond 7 Days
   Articles and EMOs pending for more than 7 days will now be blocked during Day End / Shift End operations, ensuring timely disposal and improved operational discipline.
