Rule 38 Online Transfer Portal Migration – Temporary Unavailability (29th August 2025 Notification)
The Department of Posts has announced an important update regarding the Online Rule 38 Transfer Portal (Version 1.0). As per the communication from CEPT dated 29.08.2025, the application and its associated database are being migrated from ITI Cloud Data Centre to CEPT Data Centre.
📌 Migration Activity and Downtime
To ensure a smooth migration and secure data transfer, the Rule 38 Portal will remain temporarily unavailable. The downtime is expected to last for approximately 7 days, during which both application and database operations will be suspended.
