Thank you for sharing the details. After reviewing the reported cases, please find below the updates and resolutions. Request you to reject and regenerate the paybills accordingly.

✅ Issues Resolved

  1. TRCA Minus Entry in Pay Summary

    • Occurred due to LWA during Officiating Arrangement as well as past-dated LWA approved in the current month (where no pay was drawn last month).

    • Fix: LWA will not deduct TRCA now for such cases (one-time update).

  2. Official on EXOL but HRA/TPA Deducted

    • Cause: Non-Qualifying Service selected as "Yes" in LMS.

    • Fix: Cancel the leave and apply fresh leave correctly.

  3. Double TPA of ₹2250 Expected

    • Clarification: As per new TPA rules, the minimum pay of ₹2250 is not applicable.

  4. Both Basic Pay and TRCA Drawn While LWA Approved

    • Cause: Bulk paybill generation.

    • Fix: TRCA will now reduce for officiating dates even under bulk paybill generation.

  5. Pay Deducted Even After LWA Cancellation

    • Fix: Cancelled data has been processed, and deductions should no longer occur. New cancellations, if any, will work as expected.

  6. TRCA Reduction Due to LWA for July Where No Pay Drawn

    • Resolved.

  7. Full TRCA Drawn & Officiating Pay Not Drawn

    • No officiating arrangement found in LMS/PIS for the reported cases.

    • Action: Please check LMS/PIS and related reports to confirm if officiating arrangement has been done.

📌 Important Note

  • As per SOP from LMS/PIS, LWA should not be applied/approved for officiating arrangement dates.

  • However, validations were not implemented accordingly.

  • This gap has been discussed at CEPT and escalated to the concerned team for proactive resolution from the next cycle.

  • A new leave type – LWA (Officiating) – will be added, and validations will be built to prevent recurrence.
