The GDS Compassionate Engagement Portal now has a dedicated email address: crc-gds.cept@indiapost.gov.in. From 21st November 2024 onwards, only emails sent to this address will be addressed for technical issues, supported by relevant screenshots. Emails sent to other addresses will not be entertained.
All field units are requested to communicate this update widely for efficient issue resolution. Ensure technical concerns are routed through the correct channel.
