Network Integration, Finacle, McCamish, Core system Integration and DARPAN projects have been implemented gradually from 2012 to till date right from Head post office to branch office level which had brought in dynamic change in work environment especially the manual work which is there for decades. Change management is the key. As technologies evolve, people will have to up skill, adapt and stay relevant.
The way forward is self learning. Any new technology or development leads to an evolution of human skills. As technologies change, old skills become redundant and the people who cannot update their skill will face concerns with their own career path. To overcome this, change management is the key.
