This is regarding discontination of SMRs (PA 17A) by the SPMs after introduction of CSI Rollout. In this regard, the item has been discussed during the four monthly meeting held with service unions on 20.12.2023 under the Chairmanship of Chief PMG, Andhra Pradesh Circle.
The approval of the Chief PMG, Andhra Pradesh Circle is conveyed for discontinuing of Sub Postmaster Monthly Report (SMRs).
The directions of Chief PMG during the meeting that “ Divisional Office should exercise prescribed check as mandated by fetching data from SAP”.
