I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to state that IPPB has partnered up with various lenders including Banks/NBFCs to facilitate loans to IPPB Customers/End Users/Department of Post employees for various needs.
2. The Bank has also launched IPPBFUT Setu app at selected pilot locations and loan leads have started flowing through same. To improve credit facilities for GDS/Postmen/Postal Assistant, a special Home loan / Loan against property product offering through lending partners of IPPB including Aadhar Housing Finance (AHFL) and Home first Finance Company Ltd. has been devised.
3. These Housing Loan Companies are focused on Low income housing and accommodate diversified and low risk portfolio customers. The sanction documentation requirement is very less and loans are sanction for all types of properties including Lal Dorra, Semi Approved, outside municipal areas.

Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd- GRIHA LOAN Specialised rate starting from 10.50% on all types of properties for End users.
Homefirst Finance Company Ltd- Upfront waiver of Rs 1500/- on Processing Fee applicable to all DoP Staff loans (01st Oct-31 Dec)
