Circle allottment for Rule 38 transfers is given for acceptance and decline. A total of 889 allotments made against processed requests of 12419 . For exercising the Rule 38 Transfer, decline option is given for 3 days upto 30th September 2023 then after lists will be published. Rule 38 transfers for this quarter released as per the schedule September 2023. This time the percentage of transfers are far less as the no of vacancies in divisions reduced drastically, due to new recruitment.
