W. r. t. the O/o CPMG Lr. Cited under reference regarding REOI for Public Private Partnership of Operational Management of Parcel Hubs in Assam Postal Circle view of my federation on the issue are as follows.
As there is mechanism in operation for conveyance of All Postal Articles. The reasons for taking a decision to go for REOI could not be understood.
The apprehension of the Workers class regarding Corporatiztion become dense causing embracement among the staff with the REOI for PPP Proposal.
In fact, it is arbitrary decision without taking the views of stake holders of the Department into consideration.
My federation hereby express resentment with the proposal. The CPMG, Assam Circle may be instructed to drop and not to go ahead with the proposal.
