DOP HDMS Portal for raising Tickets related to Unified DARPAN Android App
Any issues related to Unified DARPAN Android Application and Issues related to Pre and Post Rollout Activities may be raised through HDMS Portal only. The SOP is shared for information. Circle SPOC`s may instruct the Divisions to raise tickets on CBS/CSI/PLI Transaction related issues in Service Desk only not in HDMS.
