DG Posts Appeal to call off proposed postal strike of AIGDSU on 04th October 2023

Please refer to my appeal dated 21st September, 2023 to you on behalf of this Department to withdraw the proposed sirke on 4th October, 2023 and your leter dated 27th September, 2023 in response to that appeal.
I would like to again inform you that the Department has been considering all your justified demands positively in the past and all your demands will be considered with an open and constructive approach in the future aiso. A meeting is proposed with your association on GDS related issues on 19th October, 2023. Your charter of demands of proposed strike on 4th October, 2023 can also be discussed in the said meetings.
Therefore, I again appeal to you to withdraw the proposed strike of 4th October, 2023 in the interest of the Nation and the Department
