“The information sought does not comes under the purview of “Information” as defined in Section 2(f) of RTI, Act,2005 However, a copy of application dated 18-07-2023 is also being forwarded under Section 6(3) of RTI Act, 2005, to Mission Karmayogi Division for, furnishing information directly to the applicant being Nodal Division for organizing different trainings, as ‘mentioned in Point (A) of the annexure to the Application. |

Kindly provide the information regarding payment head of Travel
expenses in c/w Gramin Dak Sevaks w.r.t Point (A). |
Currently, no payment head in this respect has been prescribed for GDS by Training Division. However, a copy of application dated 18-07-2023 is also being forwarded under Section 6(3) of RTT Act, 2005, to Mission Karmayogi Division for furnishing information directly to the applicant being Nodal Division for organizing different trainings, as mentioned in Point (A) of the annexure. to the Application. |

Many of the GDS officials already completed the training courses without any TA and Food allowances. Whether we may charge the amount directly and provide the concerned GDS once the order issued by dte for the pending payment of TA and Food allowances. |
