IPPB Disabled Sweep IN and Sweep Out facility from Mobile Banking till 10th July 2023 (Monday) 6am

Due to possible threat of cyber crime with IPPB customers, India Post Payments Bank has taken below proactive measures for next 2 days. 

We have disabled Sweep IN and Sweep Out facility from Mobile Banking till 10th July 2023 (Monday) 6am.We are in process to send Fraud Awareness Message to customers with balance above INR 10,000 in Hindi and Regional Languages.

We have disabled SAS Visual Analytics from open network. This will work on Bank’s network only. We are closely monitoring the customer’s complaint on unauthorized debit complaints received at our Call Centre for next 2 days. In case of hike in numbers, we may disable mobile banking also for some time.

Request you to disseminate this message to all branch staff and handle the customer queries / complaints accordingly.

This carries the approval from competent authority.
