Orders of the competent authority are hereby conveyed for Inter-Circle transfer of following officials in the cadre of Assistant Superintendent of Posts (ASPs) to the Circle mentioned against each, on their own request:-
2. Transfer of aforesaid officials have been done on their own request. Hence, no TA/TP shall be admissible.
3. Parent Postal Circles shall relieve the official(s) approved for wansfer within 30 days of receipt of this order. In case, posting order has not been received from transferee Circle, official will report in Circle Office of the transferee Circle.
4. Relieving / Joining report may be furnished to Assistant Director (SPN-II) through eMail at [email protected]. Circle shall also furnish a consolidated report on relieving of officials by 21.08.2023.
