MEETING NOTICE :
Subject: Meeting in connection with proposal for merger of Sorting Assistant and PA (CO/RO) with PA (PO).
With reference to above mentioned subject, this to inform that a meeting is scheduled to be held on 28.06.2023 at 11:00 am in the V. C. Room, 2nd Floor, Dak Bhawan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi — 110001, with Staff Federations Unions/Associations to obtain their views/comments/suggestions with regard to the proposal for merger of Sorting Assistant and PA (CO/RO) with PA (PO)
2 Therefore, it is requested to make it convenient to attend the same on the sheduled date and time,
3. Further, it is requested that the Federations/Unions/Associations may bring their written views/comments/suggestions for submission during the aforesaid meeting.

i) Secretary General, Federation of National Postal Orgn. (FNPO), T-24, Atul Grove Road, New Delhi — 110001. It is requested that not more than 3 (three) representatives may attend the aforesaid meeting between 11:00 am to 12:00 noon.
(ii) Secretary General, Bhartiya Postal Employees Federation (BPEF), T-21, Atul Grove Road, New Delhi -110001 - It is requested that not more than 3 (three) representatives may attend the aforosa meeting between 11: 00 am to 12:00 noon.
iii) General Secretary, All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group “C’ 17/4-C, P&T Colony, Kali Bari Marg, New Delhi — 110001 - It is requested that not more than 2 (two) representatives may attend the. aforesaid meeting between 12:00 noon to 01:00 pm.
iv) General Secrotary, All India Postal Administrative Offices Employees’ Union Group ‘C’ & D', 30/3 D, P&T Quarter, Kali Budi Marg, New Delhi — 110001 - It is requested that not more than 2 (two) representatives may attend the aforesaid meeting between 12:00 noon to 01:00 pm.
To make it convenient to attend the aforesaid meeting on the scheduled date and time.
