Kindly refer this Directorate letter No. 02-17/2022-PAP dated 07.02.2023 requesting the following information:
(i) Total number of PO & RMS accountants to be benefitted by the proposal in all circles who were drawing special allowance/special pay continuously for the period of 3 years before the implementation of 7th CPC and got financial upgradation under TBOPMACP scheme till 31.12.2015 along with the financial implications of the same with the concurrence of CIFA
(ii) The number of court cases pending or disposed off on the subject with their details. The aforesaid information is still awaited from your end.
2. It is once again requested to cause an early action to provide the required information positively before 28.03.2023 to enable this office to furnish the same to Ministry of Finance, for further consideration and decision in the matter.
