Subject- Hiring accommodation for opening new CGHS Wellness Centre in Mysuru- reg.
In the matter of opening new CGHS Wellness Centre in Mysuru, I am directed to convey approval of competent authority for hiring private premise No.10, Block No.II. Dr. Rajkumar Main Road, Shakti Nagar Udayagiri. Mysuru for housing the new CGHS WC at Mysuru. The monthly rent will be Rs.69,000/- w.e.f. date of occupation, for a period of 5 years, and subject to terms & conditions of FRC issued by CPWD and compliance of all codal formalities provided in GFRs 2017.
A copy of the lease agreement may also be forwarded to the Directorate for information along with the tentative date of opening ceremony of Wellness Centre for further perusal of higher authorities.
3. This issues with the concurrence of IFD vide iheir C.D. No.596 dated 27.06.2022.
