Subject: Advance preparation for convening DPC for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr.B for the year 2021 - reg.
Please refer this Department letter of even number dated 03.03.2021 and 01.06.2022 on the above subject. In this regard, a tentative ZoC for DPC for promotion to the PS Gr.B cadre for the vacancy year 2021 is enclosed for reference.
2. It has been observed that requisite information as per letter of even number dated 03.03.2021 is still awaited from Circles in respect of following officers:
2.1 Officers in "Tentative ZOC for the vacancy year 2021 for promotion to PS Gr.B cadre" at Sl.Nos.13,15,19,21,24,26,27,29,31,33,65,66,67,69,73,76,83,92,97,99,102,108,116,136,152,159,168 and 195.
2.2 Offrcers in "Tentative ZOC (extended field of choice) for the vacancy year 2021 for promotion to PS Gr.B cadre" at Sl. Nos. 1,23 and 41.
3. Further, a latest VC is also required in respect of all the officers mentioned in the tentative ZoCs for DPC for promotion to the PS Gr.B cadre. The Circles are requested that while fumishing latest VC, it may be ensured that these officers are actually working in IP line in the Circle as on date of issue of VC. If any officer in the above ZoCs has already been promoted to PS Gr. B Cadre through DPC/LDCE or not in IP Line due to VRS, death, deputation, dismissal etc., full details of such cases with relevant records may also be furnished.
4. The Cirlcle are requested to fumish the above information latest by 29.07.2022 in DG Bag addressed to ADG (SPG). A soft copy of the above information may also be sent on the email id: dopspg2@gmail.com.
