All India Postal Strike Demands | on 04th August 2022 called by PJCA ( NFPE, FNPO, All other Postal Unions)
RESIST CORPORATIZATION OF POSTAL DEPARTMENT (DOP). Make Success of ALL INDIA POSTAL STRIKE on 4th August 2022.
Main Demands:
a) Stop Corporatization move in form of Dak
Mitra Scheme, Common Service Centre Stop migration of POSB into IPPB.
b) Withdraw RTN and stop abolishing of RMS
sections. Strengthen L2 mail offices.
c) Stop Nodal Delivery Centers of Parcels and
Central Delivery Centers of Speed Post letters.
d) Stop downsizing and decentralization of Postal Accounts.
e) Scrap NPS and restore OPS for all.
f) Ensure updated technological infrastructure.
g) Fill up all vacant post in all cadres. One
time relaxation to fill up all vacant posts of HSG-lI & HSG-I. Conduct Dept
Exam of Postal Accounts at the earliest. Grant status and social security to
GDS. Implement all pending economic issues with reference to Kamlesh Ch.
Committee. Membership verification for GDS.
h) Stop attack on trade union and trade union
victimization.
i) Maintain separate identity of all cadres like PACO/PA SBCO.
j) Immediate cadre restructuring in all left
out cadres. Further cadre restructuring in Group ‘C’.
k) Regularization of all casual/DRMS, Absorb
Part time, full time casual Laborers against MTS/GDS.
l) 50% Quota in PA/SA LGO Examination to the
Postman/Mail Guard/MTS and GDS.
m) Five Days week in Postal, RMS & MMS offices - etc.
