Proposed D-Cube account procedure in CSI for Karnataka Circle.
It is proposed to launch D-Cube App of CEPT, Hyderabad in Karnataka Circle during the month of June-2021 for disbursing social security pensions through 1) BPMs, ABPMs in Branch Post Offices 2) POSB Counter PA, Postman and Dak Sevaks in HOs / Sub-Post Offices.
At present the all the POSB withdrawal transactions from the finacle account through D-Cube transactions are uploaded to finacle through TTUM upload. The accounting procedure for Karnataka Circle is proposed.
1. Only the active POSB accounts of social security pensioners as on a particular cut off date will be migrated to finacle.
2. The dormant / silent accounts will have to be revived and then only they will be migrated batch by batch periodically ie., once in a week / fortnight based on the information furnished by the concerned Head Post Offices.
3. Voucher Posting will be made centrally at Bengaluru GPO through in house developed tool against the concerned profit centres where the D-Cube transactions are involved which will take care of automation.
4. The concerned PMs / SPMs / BPMs will have to confirm the correctness of entries reflected in their DTR with that available in the web site of www.dopdbtdelivery.in
5. BG GPO has to reconcile and clear the open RASO items through T-code ‘F-04’ or ‘F-03’
6. Technology Section of Circle Office will provide an in house tool for posting the entries at BG GPO which will take care of automation at that office.
