Subject: Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) for promotion to the cadre the of PS Group "B", held on 29.11.2020, for the vacancies of the year 2017-18, 2018, 2019 and 2020 - information - regarding.
Madam / Sir,
I am directed to refer to Directorate (Personnel Division) letter No. X-7/6/2022-SPN-II dated 12.04.2022 and to the subject cited above. The competent Authority has ordered fo obtain the following information in respect of all the candidates appeared in the PS Group B LDCE Exam:
(i) Complete details of those candidate against whom any case of suspension, criminal case or departmental case was pending, on the last day of application.
(ii) Information regarding candidates who have been fully exonerated since then in the cases mentioned (i) above.
(il) The details of the applicants who were free of ony cases mentioned above on last date of application, whereas they are now under any suspension, criminal case, disciplinary case.
(iv) Details in respect of all appeared candidates where punishment (any) has been awarded (criminal or departmental) after last date of application.
(v) Vigilance clearance in respect of all candidates appeared in the above LDCE, with recommendation whether result of the candidate is to be declared or not,
2, Circles are requested to furnish the above requisite information clearly on each paras latest by 18.04.2022.
