Solution for something went wrong applet started error:

Close internet explorer

Go to c:

Program files (x86)

Access compute have Pvt Ltd 

Acpl support tools

Run config ACPL RD service 

When It opens click on configure SSL 

Then click on test settings 

Close it 

Do test capture once 

Open Internet explorer n try it should work
