This Association intends to draw the order dated 02-12-2021 of Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Hyderabad Bench in OA No.506/2021 for your kind attention on the above-mentioned subject.
Postal Directorate vide its Letter No.2-25/2019-PCC dated 10-02-2022 has sought for information from Circles regarding number of IP and ASP of respective Circle / Administrative Unit, who have completed 4 years' service in Grade Pay of Rs.4,800/- with/or corresponding Level-8, granted by
either mode of MACP or substantive along with financial implication involved up to date.
The target date for submission of the information from Circle was initially fixed to 20-02-2022.
It is learnt that most of the Circles are yet to submit above requisite information. Apparently, this task is being performed at a dilatory speed which is ultimately causing delay to the implementation of the order of the Honarable Tribunal.
Therefore, this Association requests your good self to kindly look into the
matter personally for early implementation of the order of the Hon'ble Tribunal.
