The matter of strengthening the office of Sub- Divisional Officer in the Department of Posts by providing Clerical Staff (Postal Assistant) was under examination in the Directorate


2 The matter was placed before the Postal Services Board (PSB) for consideration in the 6th Meeting of the PSB for the year 2021 held on 08.11.2021 and the Board observed that Head of Circles already have powers to redeploy posts ae per exigencies of operations.
