Instructions on utilization of Scheme funds allotted for FY 2021-22
This is in continuation of this Division's mail on the above-mentioned subject dated 29.07.2021 (enclosed) restricting the booking of expenditure under scheme heads of the Department besides the Scheme Human Resource Management. As per the instructions issued by Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance vide letter No. 40(02)/PF-II/2014 dated 23.03.2021 regarding instructions for continuation of schemes beyond 31.03.2021, Departments that have submitted their complete / consolidated proposals for continuation of Schemes to DOE are allowed to continue release of funds beyond 30.09.2021.
2. Since, final submission of EFC for the Scheme 'Postal Operations' has now been made to Ministry of Finance, Circles / Divisions are hereby allowed to continue expenditure under the following Sub Schemes of the Scheme Postal Operations:
i. Rural Business
ii. Mails Operations
iii. Post Office Savings Bank
iv. Postal Life Insurance
v. IT Induction & Modernization
vi. Marketing Function of Dept.
vii. Philately Operations
viii. Quality of Service
