I am directed to refer to your office e-mail dated 16.11.2021 where by a draft SOP to administrative units for processing online applications in software has been forwarded.
2. The draft SOP has been reviewed and some modifications have been carried out in the some. An approved SOP for processing online applications in software is enclosed. CEPT is requested to go through the SOP and make necessary provisions in the online application software, if required and to upload the some on the software creating on other linkage as provided for Notification, Recruitment Rules etc.
3. CEPT may refer to the instructions to candidates applying for the said LDCE IP which sent with the Notification dated 09.11.2021 . It is requested that notifications to candidates for receiving OTP/password and status of application etc. may also be sent on candidate's registered mobile number.
4. CEPT is also requested to send Credentials (User name & Passwords) to all the controlling/administrative units (Postal/RMS divisions, Regions. Circles, APS divisions and Nodal Officers for processing of online applications in software.
5. Circles are requested to obtain their respective credentials from CEPT. Problems, if any. faced during processing online applications may be raised with CEPT.
6. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
