The competent authority has approved the following monthly rents for displaying/ advertising the products /services of interested firms/customers using the LCD/LED TV Set available at various post office at 20 slots per day of one minute duration
i. For Post Office in Corporation limit : Rs 10000+18% GST per month per Post Office
ii. For Post Office in Muncipal area: Rs 7000+18% GST per month per Post Office
iii. For Post Ofice in other than Muncipal area: Rs 5000+18% GST per month per Post Office
Special Discount
a) 10% Discount for 3 months booking per location
b) 20% Discount for 6 months booking per location
Terms and Conditions
a) The Space and Power required for operating the TVs will be provided by the Department
b) The Advertisement Material has to be submitted by the firm
c) The Display will be only during the working hours of the Post Office
2. The Advertisement is to be displayed using the available TV set and no additional expenditure may be incurred for purchasing new sets
3. Advertisement given by firms/organization will be displayed 20 times a day of one minute duration. Balance time will be utilized for advertisement of DOP Products
This has the concurrence of CIFA
