Andhra Pradesh Circle Staff Welfare Board Reconstituted for 2026–28
The Andhra Pradesh Circle Staff Welfare Board for departmental employees has been reconstituted for the term 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2028.The order was issued by the Chief Postmaster General, Andhra Pradesh Circle, Vijayawada, on 12.08.2026, vide No. WLF/23-2/WB/2026-28.
Office Bearers and Members
The reconstituted Staff Welfare Board will function under the following office bearers:
- President (Ex-Officio): Chief Postmaster General, Andhra Pradesh Circle, Vijayawada.
- Vice Presidents (Ex-Officio): Postmaster General, Kurnool Region; Postmaster General, Visakhapatnam Region; Postmaster General, Vijayawada Region; and General Manager (PA&F), AP Circle, Vijayawada.
- Executive Vice Presidents (Ex-Officio): Directors of Postal Services (HQ), Vijayawada, Kurnool, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada Regions.
- Secretary (Ex-Officio): Assistant Postmaster General (Welfare), O/o Chief Postmaster General, AP Circle.
- Treasurer (Ex-Officio): Assistant Accounts Officer, O/o GM (Finance), AP Circle, Vijayawada, nominated by the President, Circle Welfare Board.
Members Recommended by Regions
Nine members have been recommended by the respective Regions, including officials from Vijayawada, Cuddapah, Guntur, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry and RMS divisions.
The members include SSPOs, ASPs, Postmasters, PRI (P), LSG officials, OAs and other departmental representatives.

Co-opted Member
A representative from the SC/ST Association, Shri K. Ravichandra Sekhar, LSG SPM, Prakash Nagar TSO, Narasaraopet Division, has been nominated as the co-opted member.
The reconstitution of the Staff Welfare Board is intended to facilitate welfare-related activities and matters concerning departmental employees across Andhra Pradesh Circle during the 2026–28 term.
