The Department of Posts has published the Revised Trial Result under the ongoing online transfer process after reviewing and addressing issues identified in the earlier trial allotment. The revised result is now available for employees and administrative authorities to verify and examine before the provisional allotment stage.
Key Changes in the Revised Trial Result
According to the communication issued by the Directorate, the following changes have been incorporated:
Allotment of five employees has been revised, resulting in changes to their transfer allocation.
Due to these revised allotments, the pending numbers of several non-allotted employees have changed. The increase in pending number is limited to one or two positions, and the changes have been examined and found to be appropriate.

Divisions, Regions, and Circles can access the revised trial result through their respective login credentials. Authorities may verify:

Recruitment mode
Priority rank
Cadre and category
Vacancy details against each preference exercised
2. Examination of Issues
Any issue observed in the revised trial result should be examined by the concerned authority with reference to:
Applicable transfer rules and guidelines
Employee status page data
Available service records
Technical issues, if any, should be escalated to CEPT only through the concerned administrative authority along with detailed findings and recommendations.
Employees are advised not to raise support desk tickets directly with CEPT before 19.06.2026.
3. Resolution of Issues by CEPT
CEPT will examine all issues received on or before 19 June 2026 and take necessary corrective action by 22 June 2026.
Next Stage: Provisional Result
Subject to resolution of reported issues and in the absence of major discrepancies, the Provisional Result will be published subsequently.
At that stage:
Allotted employees will receive notifications through Email and SMS.
Employees will be provided an option to Accept or Decline the allotted posting.
Final Allotment and Relieving Process

Relieving and joining of employees will be permitted only after the Final Allotment PDF is generated and made available to the concerned Circles.
