New Delhi, December 3, 2025 — India Post has formally published the approved transfer list under the GDS Rule-3 Online Transfer Cycle for November 2025 on its official portal.

· Eligible Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) employees who applied under the October/November 2025 cycle can now check their application status on the portal in the below link

Should Do Next
1.
Check your status
— Log in to the official portal of India Post (via APT 2.0) to view the
approved transfer list.
2.
If required —
submit cancellation request before the deadline (up to 1 December
2025).
3.
Await
relieving/joining orders — Divisions will begin issuing final orders
from 3 December 2025 onwards.
4. Prepare for transfer — Once you receive the orders, follow the joining/relieving SOP under APT 2.0.
