Redesignation and Duties of Members, Postal Services Board.
Office Memorandum No. Y-28/11/2014-PE-II
The
Department of Posts has issued revised designations and duties/responsibilities
for the Members of the Postal Services Board. These updates, effective from 01
December 2024, aim to streamline operations and improve efficiency within
the department.
This
memorandum supersedes the earlier OM of the same number dated 02 September
2020, which detailed the prior roles and responsibilities of the Members.

(Technology) to address IT modernization and PMLA compliance.
- Marketing and Social Media: Consolidated under Member
(Service Quality & Marketing) to streamline branding and public
engagement.
Implementation Date
The new
structure and roles will take effect from 01 December 2024.
