PLB (Productivity Linked Bonus) for Postal employees 2022 is under consideration of Government of India (MoF). Recently Railway employees got good news of declared PLB bonus for 78 days and even central government employees got ad-hoc bonus. Postal employees waited for Dussehra Puja Bonus order is over now and only hope left is Diwali Bonus for Postal employees.

news there are rumours that Bonus is on hold by Ministry of Finance. Let’s see the possible reasons for delay in declaring 60 days bonus for postal employees for the year
2021-2022.
1. Ministry of finance has objections on giving bonus to postal employees equals to 60 days as the department is the top most loss making government entity right now...expect the bonus for the department of posts to be submerged with the central government non productive linked bonus group in near future..if not this year...MOF has kept on hold the proposal of granting 60 days of bonus submitted by Department of posts...bad days are coming...brace yourself
2. Bonus File not yet received from
Finance minister till today 5:30 pm (07th October 2022). we expect order on monday next week. GDS
PJCA will give protest letter on Monday
3. Enhancement of Bonus Ceiling Limit of Casual Laborers - Consequent on enhancement of bonus calculation ceiling of CG (Central Government) Employees
Department was not submitted required details in time for point number 3 might cause delay in declaring bonus for postal employees. However, in the coming week only we will able to know what will happen and which one is the reason behind delay in declaring bonus for postal employees by the Ministry of Finance.
As per latest news(as on 11/10/2022), MOF cleared the Bonus file and waiting for official orders .
