Clarification/guidance regarding working days of Mail Overseer.

 

With reference to your office letter No. SP/IR/SDI (P) Charkhi Dadri/2021 dated 02.06.2022 on the above cited subject, it is intimated that a Mail Overseer has to monitor delivery of mails and exchange of cash from Head Office to Sub Office and Sub Office/Branch Office to Head Office/Accounts Office.

Therefore, I am directed to intimate that a Mail Overseer will perform duties for 06 days in a week. a Mail Overseer will perform duties for 06 days in a week.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
