Sub: Vacancy of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination - 2022 for AAO Cadre of IP&TAFS Group B - reg.
Following addendum is being issued to the AAO LDCE- 2022 Examination Notification No. 3~37/ 2022-PACE/ LDCE AAO/ 10869-10956 dated 15.02.2022.
1. The last row in the Table in Para- 7 on Page 10 of the AAO LDCE- 2022 Examination Notification No. 3-37 /2022-PACE/LDCE AAO/10869-10956 dated 15.02.2022 should be read as:
Category->Vacancy (2022 tentative number of vacancies.*). Total Number of Postal AAO (Assistant Account Officers) Vacancies for the AAO Exam 2022 is 391.

Others - 300
Total - 391
*These vacancies shall be filled on the basis of Merit List of vacancy year 2022 and the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee as and when clear vacancies are available as result of retirement / promotion till 31.12.2022.
2. The number of vacancies shown in Para - 7 on Page 10 of the ibid notification dated 15.02.2022 will be provisional and subject to outcome of different court cases pending before various Courts of law. The department reserves the right to fill all/ part/ none of the vacancies.
3. The Para 16 on Page 15 of the AAO LDCE- 2022 Examination Notification No. 3-37/ 2022-PACE/ LDCE AAO/ 10869-10956 dated 15.02.2022 should be read as:
"The AAO LDCE- 2022 is a Qualifying-cum-competitive examination. It is qualifying to the extent that only those candidates who secure qualifying marks in all the papers as indicated in Para 5 of Page 9 of the ibid notification, will be considered for preparation of vacancy year wise Merit List which shall be considered by the Departmental Promotion Committee.
The vacancy year wise merit list along with marks obtained by candidates will be displayed on www.cgca.gov.in. Marks of other candidates appearing in the examination shall also be displayed on www.cgca.gov.in separately. The individual marks sheets will not be sent to applicants."
4. Reservation in promotion to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities . (PwBDs) would be considered for the vacancy year 2022 as per the DoP&T OM No. 36012/1/2020-Estt.(Res.II) dated 17.05.2022.
Other contents of the ibid notification· dated 15.02.2022 remains the same.
